This project was a full conversion and build, delivered from conception through to completion.
Working within the planning constraints, the team transformed the existing structure into a large, contemporary family home with bright, open spaces and elegant detailing throughout.
The works included every stage of construction — from the structural shell and internal fit-out to the full landscaping and bespoke outdoor entertainment area.
The finished property achieves a balance of modern design and timeless character, with a level of detail and craftsmanship that defines a truly high-end finish.
